Background

Insurers face mounting pressures to find new efficiencies in an era of growing vehicle complexity and rising repair expenses. To address these, I worked with CCC to determine a strategy that lets them attract insurers who look for smarter, automated ways to solve their problems. CCC already developed a number of products and solutions, yet was unable to determine the best way to market them.

Description

Artificial intelligence, deep learning and telematics, along with the everyday ubiquity of smartphones, inject insurance claims with a power that wasn’t viable even a few years ago. Today, CCC leverages innovation to galvanize claims, from predicting a vehicle total loss in seconds to automating damage detection to pushing state of the art technology to transform insurance claims.

To launch a new insurance-focused bundle of products and services, I defined the positioning and messaging for the AI-branded portfolio and developed a wide range of marketing materials. Leveraging expert interviews alongside CCC’s own expertise and knowledge about what pains insurers these days, I developed assets and communications focused on convincing insurers to use CCC’s solutions. These included promotional videos, websites, presentations, trade show materials and more.
